 Welcome to our
leather work shop. It's an old family business surviving from a
much simpler time.
You can be reassured that
this company is not an upstart
enterprise. I am Walt - 4th generation in this line of work,
I
know leather, and I know
hardware.
After a long lifetime in the business, I have decided to pass the business on to former employee, Darwin Mock.
 As a child, Darwin watched his father delve into leather and Darwin picked it up pretty fast. He learned knots, and how to stitch by hand. It wasn't until Darwin started working for Walt in 1980 at the shop in the old location, that he really improved his skill. We moved the business to where it is now in Cheviot, Ohio. Here he made saddles, bridles, and did repairs. Now Darwin, his wife, Nancy and grown children will continue the leatherwork tradition hoping to add new ideas while still keeping the personalized service that our customers have come to know.
We are a very small shop,
but very diversified, and promise to give you personal service.
I hope you will give us a
